• We schedule by the hour for In-Home and Office Services, and by the 1/2 Hour for all Remote Services.

• Most of our clients need ongoing tech support for a variety of issues, or want to have reoccurring tech tutoring to better learn how to utilize the technology they own. For this we suggest purchasing more than one hour, which we sell at a reduced cost in our Tech Packages.

• If you need more time our technicians will stay with you until the service is complete! We prorate any additional time beyond the time purchased at the same hourly rate.

​

• Most basic problems or needs can be completed in the allotted hour, but we find the majority of our clients utilize multiple sessions as they have ongoing tech help needs.
